A visit to True Grass Farms is like a step into the future, backwards. The young farmers and chefs that are involved in this innovative enterprise bring with them a strong understanding of tradition in both food and farming. They are young, energetic and inspired. Lunch at the farmhouse was delight, the food was delicious and environment evocative of an old time farmhouse.
